Payment
All payments must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the auction or the item will be resubmitted. We accept paypal payment (E-Cheques take up to 10 working days to clear) we also take personal cheques and postal orders, (items dispatched on clearance of cheques). Items can be collected, at auction end, by prior arrangement.
Return policy
We will not issue any refund if the item returned has been used or has been stained in any way. You must notify us and get approval from us before you return anything to us.
Post and Packing
All items are sent via recorded delivery and require signature on delivery. If the item packing is damaged then we are not held responsible once signed for please inspect before signing.
Once we have sent the order to you, we are dependent upon the post or courier service to deliver the item. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
